These cover the use of our digital guides, online courses, consultation services, and homeschool resources.Buhay Aralan® is a registered brand under Jasmine Mendiola Makeup Consultancy Services, a sole proprietorship offering digital products and consultancy services in beauty, education, and personal development. This allows us to deliver both coaching and curriculum support under one legal entity.All purchases are processed through Jasmine Mendiola Makeup Consultancy Services and appear under courses.jasminemendiola.coBuhay Aralan® is not an accredited school. 🌿 Co-op Participation & Community Guidelines
When you join the Buhay Aralan® Co-op, you agree to help create a culture of trust, respect, and shared growth. We are not just an activity provider—we are a community, and this requires shared responsibility.💳 Payment Methods and Processing Fees
Buhay Aralan® strives to make transactions simple, secure, and transparent for families. Purchases made through our ThriveCart checkout pages may be completed using several options, including credit or debit cards, PayPal, or Xendit manual checkout.Please note that online processors such as PayPal automatically deduct transaction and service fees from each payment received. Our pricing is carefully set to remain affordable, with minimal profit margins, to ensure that our resources and programs stay sustainable and of high quality.For those who prefer not to use third-party processors, you may choose “Manual Checkout (via Xendit)” on the ThriveCart payment page. This option allows you to complete payment through bank transfer or e-wallet using the instructions generated by Xendit.Since automatic delivery and enrollment are not yet available for this payment type, please proceed as follows:
Step 1 — Complete your payment through Xendit’s instructions. You will receive an on-screen confirmation or an email receipt once your payment is submitted.
Step 2 — Save your proof of payment. Please keep a screenshot or digital receipt showing the transaction reference number and amount.
Step 3 — Email your payment confirmation. Send your proof of payment to [email protected]
with your full name, order name, and product/course purchased. This ensures we can verify your payment promptly.
Step 4 — Wait for manual fulfillment. Because this payment method requires manual verification, access to your files, courses, or membership portal will be delivered within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Payments made for Co-op memberships, courses, or events are fully allocated to the co-op’s operational costs, materials, and outreach programs.We deeply appreciate your understanding and continued support in keeping Buhay Aralan® sustainable, transparent, and joyfully Filipino.👥 Our Shared Commitments
We come together in good faith to build a respectful, compassionate community.
We recognize that misunderstandings happen and commit to addressing them calmly and directly.
We agree to maintain confidentiality when concerns arise and to avoid gossip, anxiety in other children or speculation that leads to distrust and divisiveness.
We commit to supervising our children during co-op activities, both online and in person.
We trust that facilitators and core members will guide resolution processes with care and fairness.
💬 Communication & Conduct
We bring concerns to facilitators or the core team directly, rather than discussing them publicly or in side conversations.
We communicate kindly and respect others’ time and boundaries.
We model patience and inclusion for our children and each other.
🌱 Behavior Expectations
Children will be reminded to treat one another with kindness, respect, and patience.
Parents will help children learn from mistakes without shame.
Bullying, harassment, or repeated disrespect may result in temporary suspension or removal from co-op activities after review.
⚖️ Conflict Resolution
If a conflict or serious concern arises, we will:
Listen to everyone involved without judgment.
Seek clarity before taking action.
Prioritize solutions that restore trust and safety.
In rare cases where patterns of harm persist or families are unwilling to engage in resolution, the core team may end participation to protect the community.
💻 User Conduct
You agree not to:
Resell or distribute our materials
Share downloads or login access beyond your household
Misrepresent your use or copy portions of our courses, guides, or presentations
For co-op members, conduct expectations also include upholding the commitments outlined in the Co-op Participation & Community Guidelines.
Violating these terms may result in account suspension or legal action.💰 Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once access is granted. For technical issues, email us within 7 days of purchase.⚖️ Governing Law
